Paul Isaacs has many years’ experience in products design from concept CAD drawing to final product.

His experience built over decades in security, leisure and industrial product designs is exceptional and results in shorter development time, reduced cost and minimal iterations.

From tooling for injection moulding for plastics to press tools for sheet metal, Paul adds value to the design and manufacturing process for products with a better user experience whilst keeping cost in control.

Derek Ballam

Derek Ballam runs the injection moulding machines at the Dycon factory and has many years of experience in injection moulding and tooling.

He is heavily involved in the research and trialling of new smart plastics, the latest corn-based eco-friendly plastics are now a reality.

Tony Makosinski, responsible for Dycon's marketing and website, has a long reputation of challenging the Global security industry status quo helping to build a bigger, better, more respected network of manufacturers, installers, and critically, end-users. In 2012 he received the ‘PSI Premier Award for Lifetime Contribution to the Security Industry’ and in 2013, the ‘Security Excellence Award for Contribution to Standards ’. Tony also chaired the Euralarm Marketing Group and was a Director of Certalarm, the pan-European certification organisation.
